Cultural Resources

Summit’s cultural resource management (CRM) program is designed to assist our clients in achieving compliance with federal preservation legislation as set forth in Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Archaeological Resources Protection Act (ARPA), and the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), and with state preservation legislation as set forth in the Minnesota Historic Sites Act, the Minnesota Field Archaeology Act, and the Minnesota Private Cemeteries Act.

Summit’s CRM staff is dedicated to providing our clients with high-quality and cost effective CRM consulting and has proven success in satisfying clients and regulatory agencies without compromising the resources we work to protect.
